The general Terms and Conditions of Sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the ‘User’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘You’ or the ‘Customer’) and ‘mocomfortcare.com’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘We’ or the ‘Website’), belonging to the company MO COMFORTCARE LTD.
Both parties accept these Conditions unreservedly.
These General Conditions of Sale are the only conditions applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the express case. Written, prior dispensation.
By confirming your order, we maintain that you have read and do unreservedly accept our Sale's General Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and MO Comfortcare LTD as they are used to protect your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a business.

1. Use of content
The services and information provided by the company are for your personal, non-commercial use only. The company does not make any warranties expresses or implied as to the accuracy, adequacy, quality, or fitness for any particular purpose or use. All such warranties are expressly excluded to eh fullest extent that such warranties may be excluded by law. The information provided is only for general information, and use is not intended to address your particular requirements.
Prices on our website may change at any time. The amount you will pay is shown at the checkout process at the time of the transactions.
Value Added Tax (V.A.T.) is included in all the prices shown on the website and is chargeable only for the transactions that the delivery will take place in Cyprus.
If we cannot supply a particular item for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we will not be liable to you. Please note that we might ask you as to whether we can deliver a substitute product.
Although we will always try to cater for your orders, an order of large quantities of a line can only be fulfilled at the discretion of the store.
For example, if you were to make an order of 20 items, which would use up the entire store's stock, the store may only deliver 10 items.
There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason, and a refund will be issued.

5. Delivery Rates and Procedures
You can have your order delivered up to 20 KG to your home or to any other address with ACS courier or, you can choose to pick up your package from your nearest ACS Courier Location. Preparation of the order 1 working day.
You will have the option to choose your delivery method during checkout. In case your address is not covered by the delivery network of ACS, then delivery shall be made to the nearest ACS location:
Pick-up in your nearest ACS Courier Location - €2.6 up to 2 KG.
Home Courier Delivery - €6 up to 2 KG.
By ACS Courier to your home or at your nearest ACS Courier Location for orders above €100 and up to 20 KG.
ONLY in Limassol on Tuesday and Thursday up to 20 KG, from 8:00-10:00. Be sure that your address and phone number are correct.
6. Return & Cancellation Policy
During your order procedure, you will be able to remove part or all of the products from your shopping cart by pressing the Delete button, which is next to each of your products in your shopping cart. You will also be able to add more products or change the products' quantity in your cart. Before your payment, you can still cancel the transaction and return it to the screen. Your shopping cart is kept in your browser, and you can change or cancel your order.
You can change any of your current orders except individual and prepaid orders before delivery dispatch, Monday to Friday except for Public holidays. You can do this by calling us on +357 96431018 during our working hours as shown on our website or by sending us an email at [email protected]
For any reason, you can cancel any order except for beauty products, furniture, equipment, individual orders in 14 days from the day of receipt of the product only by sending a written notification with your order details to our support department requesting cancellation. This means that you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days from the date of the notification for cancellation of the order, unopened with seals, packaging, and shrink-wrap intact. We will issue a full refund or credit note for the price you paid for the item. Otherwise is not applicable to return or refund. You can pay by using any VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and Maestro through the payment gateway VivaWallet. The transaction will appear in your bank account as Mocomfortcare.com.
Purchase Order: When Payment is completed successfully, the name “MO Comfortcare LTD” will appear in your bank statement.
Electronic commerce transactions are based under Law 156(l)/2004 and 197(l)/2007 of Cyprus's Republic.
9. Order Procedure
The order procedure in our Online Shop has the following steps:
Step 1: Shopping Cart
Choose From the main menu the product category from which you are interested in purchasing products.
Select the products and add to the basket the quantity you wish to buy. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. When you Finish with your selection, you can proceed to checkout, and your Shopping Cart is already created.
You can change or cancel your cart at this stage. If you want to proceed with the order, you have to press submit button.
Step 2: Delivery Terms
Sign In into the system if you already have an account or create a new account. Choose the Delivery options. When you finish, press the button next.
Step 3: Order Confirmation
Your order is now Finalized, and you can see the Full analysis of the total value. You should select the checkpoint of accepting the Terms & Conditions of The Company and then press Confirm to be forwarded to the Payment step. You will receive a confirmation on your email of your order after the completion of the payment process.
Step 4: Payment
Please proceed with the payment of your order. Your order is considered as Final and confirmed only after you finalize the payment procedures.

You will receive an email as a receipt of your transaction.
